I am a little late in posting about this, but The Fuller’s Four are officially at the Farmer’s Market in Reading this year!
The Reading Farmer’s Market is held from 4 to 7 p.m. every Tuesday, and on Saturday mornings from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the pavilion across from The Lone Ranger Cafe (190 E. Michigan Street, Reading, MI) We will not be there this coming Saturday, but you can catch us the following Tuesday afternoon.
We will all be contributing to the market, with Tony selling his audiobooks on CD, Beau selling comics, Jim selling bowls, and me selling glass or whatever else I am working on. We are also excited about some new collaborations, so watch for those.
Sometimes it’s hard to imagine what a product is like from only seeing a photo. Being at the Farmer’s Market will give you the chance to see Jim’s cute “weeble” bowls bob over and right themselves. (They are so fun to play with!) You can also thumb through Beau’s comics (before buying, of course!), pick up a refill on Tony’s green salve, and/or see my etched glass up close and in person! We would love to see you there!
My dad, Ralph Altstadt is also there on Tuesdays, selling from Altstadt’s Greenhouse. He has some wonderful mixed baskets, 4″ potted plants, both flowers and veggies, and maybe a jade plant or two! His plants are always beautiful, and always reasonably priced!
My friend, Tamara Bontrager, will also be there with her wonderful grass-fed, grain-finished beef, and pork. She also sells baked goods and farm fresh eggs! And don’t miss the amazing maple pecan pie sold by my other friend, Kenosha! (Come early to get some of her strawberries!) And then there is Lisa, and Kyla and, well, you better just swing by to see all the wonderful products made right here in western Hillsdale county!
Remember, if you are in the Reading area on Tuesdays from 4 to 7 p.m., please drop by the pavilion and say hello!
