The moon was so beautiful last night. Beau was able to capture the “man in the moon” and the haze in one picture.
Later, I went out to try for a clearer shot, and found the sky covered in clouds. Sometimes that just makes it more beautiful, don’t you think?
This morning, the sky was crystal clear, and the stars seemed so bright. I accidentally captured this when aiming east/northeast. I found the pairs of stars fascinating. I don’t know if you can see it, but many of the pairs in this picture are blue and red.
And when I looked almost directly up at the center top of the sky, I saw a very bright planet with four moons: Jupiter!

I love the sky pictures. We used to lie on the blanket in the back yard and watch the sky when I was younger.
