Happy Abundance Day!

Four years ago, our family found a higher use for the first day of April. We have celebrated Abundance Day on April 1st, every year since then.

I urge you to stop and smell the flower, or notice the sunset. These moments lift and refresh us, like little sips of water on a very dry day.

God’s promise that springtime will come after every winter is on full display outside your window.

We are children of God. We belong. We are loved beyond our understanding. And all we have to do is remain in His love.

Who is righteous? Whoever God says.

The blood of Jesus will cleanse us from sin, but it is a limited-time offer.

“Vengeance is mine, I will repay,” says the Lord. Every sin is against God.

Don’t be tricked into judging others; that can be a trap for us. While we are judging, we are being defiled by the knowledge of evil.

Jesus was asked to judge a woman who had been caught in adultery; and I found some parallels in His response to our situation today.

You have to trust God and believe Him before you are able to see the evidence that He was truthful all along.
