The conditions for this free use are 1) The format (text and illustrations/cover) of the document and/or audio is not be changed in any way 2) It is not allowed to be uploaded onto another site and 3) It is to be given away, not sold.
We do have a small number of printed copies available, but have decided not to sell these at all, rather to give them to those who really want a hard copy but cannot have one printed themselves. If this is you, please contact us with your mailing information, and we will send you a copy, as they are available. (And if not, we will let you know!)
I know it’s easier to just order a book, and I’m sorry for the inconvenience. But if you want a hard copy, it is very simple to download the one for printing and take it to a printer. They will take care of the rest.
