It’s hard to believe that it’s summer already, but June is here, and the Reading Farmer’s Market has begun. This year’s hours are on Tuesday only, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Michigan Pavilion in Reading, MI.

I need some Green Salve to feel like myself again!
Looking for some of Tony’s “Green T’s” Healing Salve for your rough, bumpy skin? It’s there at the market starting tonight, and every Tuesday evening while supplies last.

Or maybe chronic pain has gotten you down. If so, you’ll be interested in some of the Baby Balls of Fire, which are made of raw honey and pure cayenne powder, coated in baking soda or paraffin wax, as Tony chooses. The pepper pills are back, and are as hot as ever!
Slow down, inflammation; back off, pain! Tone your cardiovascular system and help your stomach and pancreas with regularly eating hot foods; or if you’re a wimp like me, take a buffered pill and get the same benefits. The documented qualities of cayenne are amazing, and yes, he has Baby Balls of Fire at the market. Either way, first time use is suggested to be during a meal. (Eat half, take the pepper pills, then eat the rest of your dinner, and you will be comfortable.)

This Tuesday, Tony has fresh catnip, His “Cat Nap” pills, which are a Catnip/Mint blend, useful for a calming, drowsy start to your sleeping time. He also has Mint/Motherwort pills, which are a circulation tonic, also useful for calming cramps.
Beau and I contributed a few greeting cards this week, but it’s mostly herbs and good ol’ Green T himself.

If nothing else, come down and say “hello!” The Lone Ranger Cafe is right across the street, so you could make a night of it. See you there!
